Keep yourself aware

Many of the symptoms for COVID-19 are similar to the flu, so be cautious!

Fever and runny nose

As soon as you feel a slight fever, be sure to moniter yoursefl for two days. Let your doctor know immediately, they will advise you on the proper steps to take.

Dry cough

If your symptoms are getting worse, and you are starting to have dry coughs, call your doctor immediately and keep yourself in isolation. Monitor yourself, and if in two days your symptoms are worse, go to the hospital!

Tiredness

Have someone take care of you (of course, while in isolation) and stay in bed. Drink lots of water and keep comfortable. Be sure to book a testing appointment if your symptoms are worse.

Same goes for gaining weight! To ensure you're eating the right portions of good foods, keep your body type in mind! Call your doctor and plan a good diet to follow to ensure that you can follow-up on everything you're eating and in what portions. Stay away from eating too much 'junk', and NEVER eat right after a workout!
